Meet Judi Hawley, a third-degree black belt Tang Soo Do instructor with over 20 years of training and 15 years of teaching experience. She is also a certified Yoga instructor and holds a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, graduating magna cum laude, giving her a strong foundation in the science of human movement and teaching physical education.

Ms. Hawley brings a unique sense of humor to her classes, creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment for her students. Her dedication to her art, wealth of experience, and academic knowledge make her an outstanding instructor. Under her guidance, you can expect to develop your Tang Soo Do skills while having a great time along the way.


Introducing Cyrus Martinez, an impressive 18-year-old martial artist with a 2nd-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. Mr. Martinez’s journey in the world of martial arts began at the young age of 6, and over the past 12 years, he has honed his skills and developed a deep passion for the discipline. His dedication to martial arts is truly commendable, and he has accumulated more than 5 years of experience assisting and teaching Tang Soo Do.

Mr. Martinez is not only a talented martial artist but also a well-rounded individual with a diverse range of interests. He finds joy in weightlifting, which complements his martial arts training by enhancing his physical strength and conditioning. Additionally, he is an avid journaler, using this practice to reflect on his experiences, set goals, and document his martial arts journey.

One of Mr. Martinez’s long-term aspirations is to establish his own karate school someday. This dream reflects his commitment to the art and values of Tang Soo Do and his desire to share his knowledge and passion with others. With his extensive experience and dedication to teaching, Mr. Martinez is already a respected martial arts instructor and an inspiration to the next generation of martial artists.
